Our Story

Striving Care was founded with a genuine passion for supporting people with disability to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.

Our founder has worked in the disability, aged care, and youth services sectors for several years and has always been driven by a deep commitment to helping vulnerable people feel heard, respected, and empowered. Through hands-on experience as a support worker and NDIS administrator, it became clear that participants thrive best when they are given true choice, control, and consistent, high-quality support.

This passion led to the creation of Striving Care — a service built on trust, compassion, and professionalism.
